QUALITY POLICY

As Miracle Resort Hotel, we attach great importance to our quality policies and carefully carry out every stage of the process. We aim to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction by accepting quality as our core value.

  • While institutionalizing, we establish our quality management system in accordance with international standards and ensure its implementation with all our employees,
  • We evaluate all suggestions, requests and complaints that may come from guest employees and other parties, announce them to all our employees, and accordingly improve our processes within the scope of our financial, operational and corporate conditions in accordance with the requirements of primary and secondary legislation. To ensure guest satisfaction, we first ensure staff satisfaction.
  • We offer physically, chemically and microbiologically clean foods that contain all nutrients in a balanced and sufficient amount for our guests to have a healthy diet

  • In line with our goal of “zero occupational accidents” and “zero occupational diseases”, in order to ensure the health and safety conditions of our employees and stakeholders at all levels, we identify the dangers that may occur, unsafe situations and actions that may cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases, and possible accident risks in advance through detailed risk assessments and root cause analyses, and we take the necessary precautions and carry out activities to eliminate and reduce them.
