As MÖN İNŞAAT VE TİCARET A.Ş(Miracle Resort Hotel), we show great sensitivity and importance to the protection of your personal data.
With this awareness, we process all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with Miracle Resort Hotel in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Miracle Resort Hotel, as the “Data Controller” as defined in the LPPD, processes your personal data with the purposes and methods described below, within the limits set by the legislation, in accordance with the destruction requirements and deadlines, with care and attention.

  • Your camera system image and sound recording taken during your visits to Miracle Resort Hotel,
  • Browsing information, IP address, browser information obtained during the use of our “www.miraclehotel.com” website and “Miracle Hotel” application, and surveys, form information and location data that you transmit with your consent.
  • Vehicle license plate, agency/company information
  • Personal data obtained in case of communication via electronic mail, letter and other means,

2 – Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data collected may be processed for the following purposes (“Purposes”) and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law within the scope of the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by Miracle Resort Hotel and carrying out the relevant business processes:

Your Personal Data, which are obtained and processed in accordance with the relevant legislation, may be transferred to Miracle Resort Hotel’s physical archives and/or information systems and kept both in digital and physical environment.

3 – Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data, within the framework of the provisions of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other legislation and for the purposes described below;

4 – Method of Collection of Your Personal Data and Legal Reasons

In order to provide high standard service, your personal data, depending on the nature of the service provided, Miracle Resort Hotel related units, contact forms, telephone calls, electronic applications, software, various contracts, electronic mail, social media, physical environment and similar means verbally, in writing or electronically by Miracle Resort Hotel, depending on the nature of the service provided, within the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, International Conventions to which our country is a party and relevant legislation, especially the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, can be collected and processed by automatic or non-automatic methods.

In order for Miracle Resort Hotel to provide better services, we process special quality data with the consent of individuals only for the purpose for which they were collected. This personal data may be shared with official authorities and health institutions when necessary. You can terminate personal data processing activities based on explicit consent by withdrawing your explicit consent at any time and without any justification.

5 – Scope and Amendment of the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy

This Clarification Text prepared by Miracle Resort Hotel has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. MÖN CONSTRUCTION AND TRADE LTD. ŞTİ. has the right to change the Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data in accordance with the Law and board decisions and provided that personal data is better protected.

6 – Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Your Personal Data

Regarding your personal data processed by Miracle Resort Hotel, you can always apply to us regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law. Pursuant to this article;

  • “Learning whether personal data is being processed”,
  • “Requesting information if personal data has been processed”,
  • “To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose”
  • “To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad”,
  • “To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing”,
  • “To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear or the Guest House has no legal basis or legitimate interest to process such data”,
