With this awareness, we process all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with Miracle Resort Hotel in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Miracle Resort Hotel, as the “Data Controller” as defined in the LPPD, processes your personal data with the purposes and methods described below, within the limits set by the legislation, in accordance with the destruction requirements and deadlines, with care and attention.

• Information about the reservation, hotel accommodation history, room number, travel and transfer information, information about the means of transportation to the property,
• Your voice call records kept if you contact our Call Center,
• Your camera system image and sound recording taken during your visits to Miracle Resort Hotel,
• Browsing information, IP address, browser information obtained during the use of our “www.miraclehotel.com” website and “Miracle Hotel” application, and surveys, form information and location data that you transmit with your consent.

2 – Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data collected may be processed for the following purposes (“Purposes”) and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law within the scope of the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by Miracle Resort Hotel and carrying out the relevant business processes:

Your Personal Data, which are obtained and processed in accordance with the relevant legislation, may be transferred to Miracle Resort Hotel’s physical archives and/or information systems and kept both in digital and physical environment.

3 – Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data, within the framework of the provisions of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other legislation and for the purposes described below;

• General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement agencies,

• Your authorized legal representatives,
• Service providers and consulting offices/companies (personal data collectors through devices, database and server service providers, website application usage monitoring service providers, e-mail server service providers, e-invoice and e-archive invoice service providers, electronic messaging intermediary service providers, banks and electronic payment institutions),

4 – Method of Collection of Your Personal Data and Legal Reasons

In order to provide high standard service, your personal data, depending on the nature of the service provided, Miracle Resort Hotel related units, contact forms, telephone calls, electronic applications, software, various contracts, electronic mail, social media, physical environment and similar means verbally, in writing or electronically by Miracle Resort Hotel, depending on the nature of the service provided, within the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, International Conventions to which our country is a party and relevant legislation, especially the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, can be collected and processed by automatic or non-automatic methods.
In addition to these, your personal data, “data processing is necessary for the establishment and performance of the contract”, “fulfillment of legal obligation” and “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller” legal reasons; “fulfillment of legal obligation” legal reason regarding our retention obligations arising from the legislation; the legal grounds of “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller” and “data processing and transfer is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of rights” regarding the recording with security cameras within the hotel, In addition, in order to provide better service to our valued guests and to protect their health, we process health data regarding your food allergies based on your explicit consent in line with your declaration. In order for Miracle Resort Hotel to provide better services, we process special quality data with the consent of individuals only for the purpose for which they were collected. This personal data may be shared with official authorities and health institutions when necessary. You can terminate personal data processing activities based on explicit consent by withdrawing your explicit consent at any time and without any justification.

5 – Scope and Amendment of the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy

This Clarification Text prepared by Miracle Resort Hotel has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. MÖN CONSTRUCTION AND TRADE LTD. ŞTİ. has the right to change the Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data in accordance with the Law and board decisions and provided that personal data is better protected.

6 – Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Your Personal Data

Regarding your personal data processed by Miracle Resort Hotel, you can always apply to us regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law. Pursuant to this article;

• “Learning whether personal data is being processed”,
• “Requesting information if personal data has been processed”,
• “To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose”
• “To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad”,
• “To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing”,
• “To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear or the Guest House has no legal basis or legitimate interest to process such data”,
• “To object to unfavorable consequences that may arise as a result of the processing of personal data through automated systems”
• “In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, to request compensation for this damage”,
